How to Fix The Problem ?
Step 1: Check your iPad Model and iOS version, so this method work with iPad Mini model and with iOS 9.3.5 / 9.3.6 version.
Step 2: Install Jailbreak Phoenix, if you don't have Jailbreak on your iPad Mini check this Article.
Step 3: Afer installing Jailbreak go to cydia and search for "iFile" and click on it then you can see install option appreared, tap Confirm.
Step 4: Open iFile App.
Step 5: Go to /var/containers/Bundle/Application in iFile App.
Step 6: Try to search every folder for YouTube.app and click on it.
Step 7: Search for info.plist in YouTube.app Folder and click on it next tap Properly List Viewer.
Step 8: search for CFBundleShortVersionString and CFBundleVersion and replace it to 14.17.10
Step 9: Done ! Now YouTube will work perfectly.
