You will lose the original ROM or any CUSTOM ROM if you already installed on your phone. So make sure to Backup your phone before doing this step using TWRP or CWM or any Custom Recovery.
You can also backup all your Data.
You must install TWRP or any Custom Recovery on your phone.
Download all the Zip files from below and Place it in your phone’s root of internal memory or to SD Card.
Caution:
Rooting your phone will void the warranty.
Make sure to take the complete backup of your phone before starting this process.
Rooting your phone can damage your phone permanently.
Warning:

Steps to Be Followed
Step 1: Download Cosmic-OS ROM latest android OS Custom ROM packages from the downloads section to your PC. Do not unzip the packages.
Step 2: Connect Samsung Galaxy J7 Nxt SM-J701F to PC using a USB cable.
Step 3: Transfer the downloaded packages into the root of phone or SD card memory.
Step 4: Once the transfer is done, disconnect the USB and turn off the Samsung Galaxy J7 Nxt SM-J701F.

Step 9: If you are done with all the above steps, you can flash the firmware package now. Select Cosmic-OS_Pulsar_j7velte_8.1.0_20180906_3.2-OFFICIAL.zip. Confirm the installation and do not interrupt the process.
Step 10: After completion of Step 9 select open_gapps-arm-8.1-pico-20220215.zip
Step 11: After completion of Step 10 select the reboot system now option.
