You must install TWRP or any Custom Recovery on your phone.

Steps to Be Followed
Step 1: Download Bliss OS ROM latest android OS Custom ROM packages from the downloads section to your PC. Do not unzip the packages.
Step 2: Connect Samsung Galaxy A5 SM-A500F to PC using a USB cable.
Step 3: Transfer the downloaded packages into the root of phone or SD card memory.
