Step 5: Press the Volume DOWN button to highlight Wipe data/factory reset. Press the POWER button to select it.


Step 6: Press the Volume DOWN button to highlight Yes to Factory data reset and press the POWER button to select it.


Step 7: After the factory reset is complete, menu items will reappear with Reboot system now highlighted. Press the POWER button to select it.


Step 8: It may take a few minutes to complete the boot-up since it has been wiped.


Wait until it is done. Complete the start-up settings and you will be able to use your phone once again without the password.
