Step 2: If your phone doesn't won't turn off, so Press and hold the Volume Down + HOME + POWER buttons at the same time for 11 seconds then Press and hold the Volume Up + HOME + POWER.

Step 3: Release the 3 buttons after the phone display installing system update..

Step 4: If the phone displays No Command after several seconds, the Android Recovery Menu should appear.

Step 5: Press the Volume DOWN button to highlight Wipe data/factory reset. Press the POWER button to select it.

Step 6: Press the Volume DOWN button to highlight Yes to Factory data reset and press the POWER button to select it.

Step 7: After the factory reset is complete, menu items will reappear with Reboot system now highlighted. Press the POWER button to select it.

Step 8: It may take a few minutes to complete the boot-up since it has been wiped.

Wait until it is done. Complete the start-up settings and you will be able to use your phone once again without the password.
