• Backup Apps and SMS messages, Contacts, Google Data,WhatsApp Messages Pictures and Videos.
• Make sure your Android device is charged up to 60-70% battery level.
• USB drivers installed for the Samsung Galaxy.

• First of all, you need to boot into Recovery -> First Switch off your phone -> Press the Recovery Key combination Volume Up + Power Button + Home button simultaneously -> You will see the recovery option.

• Swipe to WIPE
